What we collect and why

We collect your name, email, phone number, vehicle details, requested services and any notes to assess your request, arrange an inspection and manage the service. Please do not submit payment details or identity documents in the form.

Storage and access

Requests are stored in a protected database on our hosting infrastructure. Access is restricted to authorised administration. Essential session and security cookies are used; no advertising trackers are installed.

Sharing and your choices

Relevant vehicle and scheduling details may be shared with the seller or auction venue to arrange access. We do not sell your contact details. Use our request form to request access, correction or deletion, and explain your request in the notes field. Records are retained only as needed for the request, service and applicable record-keeping obligations.

Service scope and pricing

Submitting a request is not a booking or payment. Availability, permitted checks, delivery timing, travel costs, optional services and any applicable taxes are confirmed in the quote. The base inspection fee is ¥20,000. Cancellation terms are agreed before booking. Inspections are observational and do not guarantee future condition or complete history.
